		<description>Good advice. I see what you're saying here. Learning from the past and planning for the future is well and good but worrying over things you have no control over is not going to help anyone. People should live in the moment, kids do it naturally. A concept lost in most people.</description>

		<description>Very good article. I completely agree, sometimes we let the past burden us too much or worry too much about the future to fully enjoy the present. I have been trying to apply the biblical wisdom of taking life one day at a time.</description>
