		<description>I have noticed it as well: getting upset or smiling at the situation is a choice. Just like your friend did, we can look at rain and think of all the good things it does. Or we can dwell on how wet and muddy it is, how we can't go outside, etc. People turn into grumps by their own choice - and then blame life for it.</description>
